Oscoda County is a small, forested county in northeastern Michigan's Lower Peninsula. With around 8,000 residents, it is one of the smaller counties in the state. Mio serves as the county seat and is the location of most county government services. The county is bordered by several other rural northeast Michigan counties and contains extensive state and federal forest land. The registry is small due to the population, but the same Michigan-wide rules and search tools apply. Filtering by zip code in the PSOR is usually the easiest way to narrow down results for specific parts of the county.
